The Management Structure
A “top-down” management structure is a very traditional model where there are people “in charge” and those who report to someone in charge. Although we have key positions like “managers”, “supervisors” and even a “director”, we want to create an environment where our teammates gifts and talents shine and they have an opportunity to grow, learn and work together to accomplish a common vision.
